Happi Belli is about 2 childhood friends who share a passion for a lot of things, one being food. We love the outdoors, water sports, mountain biking, and at the end of the day hanging out with friends and enjoying great home-cooked food.
Our food is centered on our Filipino culture, and kicked up a notch. We would like to share our passion with you all, so join us in our journey as we explore and come up with our next mouthwatering dishes and sauces.
Our Products
Hand-made in small batches, sourcing only the highest quality ingredients. The process starts with frying the garlic and onions to a crisp, and using the infused oil as a base. Carefully selected variety of chilis and spices are then added to get the unique umami flavor of our chili oil…tingly, earthly, spicy and that unmistakable crunch!
This all started with our desire to find the perfect chili oil to satisfy our taste buds. We tried a whole bunch of chili oils on the market and there was something missing, thus began the adventure of creating the perfect chili oil that made us happy, and we know will awaken your taste buds. Can you say party in your mouth?
Tarragon, which is much underrated is a subtle herb with hints of licorice, fennel and anise. Happi Belli’s about to change that with its Tarragon Dressing! We handcraft them in small batches, so they are always fresh. With hints of sweet, sour, and peppery; our Tarragon dressing is not only great on salads, but is also great as a marinade for grilling and roasting meats, poultry, seafood and veggies. It also works great as a dip on grilled and fried meats, seafood and veggies.
